Terms and Conditions

  1. All of our monthly plans come with a 48 hour trial period for you to evaluate our services. If you are not happy with the service, you can cancel the membership on or before the 2nd day and you will not be charged anything. If you do continue, then you will be charged from day ONE.
  2. Your primary assistant will be available 5 days a week during your business hours. However CorpLogix is open to service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So any urgent tasks that need to be done on weekends can also be handled at 1.5 times the hourly rate applicable as per your membership plan with us.
  3. All prices are quoted for a graduate assistant with basic assistant skills. They can not perform the task that require the knowledge of specialized skill such as Website development and management, Digital marketing and SEO, accounting, content writing or any other specialized work. However, we have teams of virtual assistants with the knowledge of these specialized skills. If you need any task to be done with the help of a virtual assistant with specialized skills, then that task may cost more.
  4. You will be charged at additional hourly rate for the additional usage (applicable to your monthly plan) if you use the services of a virtual assistant for more than your allocated monthly hours in any month.
  5. You can upgrade or downgrade between any two plans with a 30 day notice period.
  6. All plans require a 30 day notice period for termination after the trial period.
  7. All our PLUS plans come with the basic plan outline plus CorpLogix Rollover Time
  1. Unused number of hours from what is allotted to you in a month gets rolled over to the next month automatically.
  2. Maximum numbers of unused hours that can be rolled over to the next month are limited to 20% of your assigned monthly hours. For Example, maximum number of hours available for rollover for Plus 40 plans is 8 hours.
  3. If you change from one PLUS plan to another PLUS plan, any accumulated Rollover Time in excess of the new plan’s allotted maximum will expire upon such change.
  4. In the event of cancellation, your Rollover Time, if any, is lost indefinitely.
  5. Rollover Time is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not transferable.

 8. Special Terms applicable to PAYG plan:

       1. PAYG Clients will be billed the standard monthly fee of $5 every month, irrespective of use.

       2. Any hours that you use will be charged at the hourly billing rate of USD 11.
